ICT‘s strategic objective is to be commissioned by Local Authorities in London, Devon and the surrounding areas to run a Domestic Abuse Perpetrators Programme. The Unlimited Possibilities Domestic Abuse Perpetrators Programme was developed by Inspire Change Transform (ICT) to enhance the existing multi-agency responses to Domestic Abuse. The programme seeks to ensure the safety of women and children by working with perpetrators to change their behavior by enhancing their problem solving and coping capacities. The programme’s conceptual framework will be guided by the Change Model. This model ensures accountability and places the responsibility for change on the perpetrators.
